Caribbean Costa Rica

The Caribbean Costa Rica is an interesting region with people from many different lands and places. The most happening places where a lot of real estate development takes place are Puerto Vejo, Puerto Limon, Cocles, Cahuita and Bribri. Some of the models allow expansions to the rooms to suit the buyer. The latter are open homes that are roomy and located mostly in the Playa Chiquata area. They are constructed according to more modern methods and are located in close proximity to civilization.

Hilltop residences are constructed in the high altitude regions. The increasing preference of homeowners to keep the homes in close communion with nature has made these residences be constructed with minimal clearing of scrub and undergrowth.

Canopy houses are high cost models which are houses perched atop branches of the mighty Costa Rican forest trees. Stilts provide solid support and hardwood flooring takes the place of marble or granite which are otherwise the standard. High ceiling and carefully screened and positioned windows provide the required cross ventilation and keep the interiors comfortable even if the humidity in the forest is increased.

Comparatively beach houses are a whole lot affordable and they too are made with a lot of forest material and constructed so that the view of the beach is framed with fronds of the vegetation on the fringes of the forest. Tropical boutique villa is the most expensive bargain and is a high quality construction in the midst of a dense tropical garden.
