South Pacific Costa Rica

The south Pacific Costa Rican region extends from Dominical right up to the Panama Border. The region is reputed as a holiday destination loved by any nature-lover. The main places with good real estate opportunities are Cortes, Puerto Jiminez and Golfito.

In Cortes there are many kinds of properties for sale that meet buyer requirements ranging from agriculture and commercial farming to community housing and luxury residences.

Views of the fringes of the Corcovado National park are the main attraction for developments in this place. The land in this place sells at a premium because no part of the peninsula can be included for development. In Golfito, where the mainstay of the economy is fishing and boating, real estate tracts lie alongside the beaches which are acknowledged as among the country's quietest.
