There is a garage space at the entrance of the home that can be converted to an additional bedroom, maid/guards quarters, or large storage area.

2nd-Floor living room and kitchen:
- The main living room opens up to a large balcony overlooking the pool and sweeping views of the ocean. A handmade Guanacaste dining table that seats 12, offers ocean views while dining outdoors. The kitchen is outfitted with high-grade appliances, lots of prepping room, and a large pantry. There is 1 half bathroom off the living room. There are 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms located on the upper level of the home.

1st Floor living room and kitchen:
- The living room on the main floor is the perfect space for extra guests or a family with kids/teens who want separate space/privacy. Everyone has a comfortable living area while living under the same roof. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on the 1st floor.

Detached suites:
- At the opposite side of the swimming pool, there are detached 2 bedroom suites with en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have ocean views and a private balcony. These 2 bedrooms are separate from the main house and offer privacy. The garden and pool divide the detached suites and main home.
