It\'s only a 6 minute walk to the beach where you can surf, swim and enjoy vibrant sunsets. The apartment has dedicated 100Mbps wifi for those that would like to work remotely, air-conditioning, a private garden, multi-purpose loft space, shared off-road parking, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The space
The bedroom is largely proportioned with french doors, high ceilings, a comfy king-sized bed, big walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. There is also a multi-purpose loft space for yoga, reading, or just relaxing that is accessed from the bedroom via a ladder. The open-planned living area is simply, but stylishly decorated with a fully-equipped kitchen and breakfast bar so you\'ll have everything you need to cook, eat, and relax at home. The entrance to the apartment is through a private garden designed so you can relax outdoors. Lounge in the hammock or sit down and have a cup of coffee surrounded by exotic plants and fruiting trees. The howler monkeys, iguanas and pizotes love to visit and eat the mangos when they are in season. There is a home security system installed and a safe.
