Avellanas is long heralded as the pride of the county. It has a long white sandy beach that stretches for almost a mile. Hacienda Pinilla is at the north end and world famous Lola\'s at the southern end. The beach is known well to shell collectors and surfers alike. In fact, the waves here are very good and are apt for all ages and abilities as well as short boarders and long boarders.

Recently Avellanas has seen quite a surge in development. There are a number of small condo projects as well as rebranded hotels among others. Things are moving there.

This is one of only a couple lots that has WATER! Well, the owners paid for a meter that is due to be installed in the beginning of November. I can attest that the water expansion project is in full swing and that the meter will be installed. All other utilities are present...fiber optic internet up to 200mb, electricity, and phone if you wanted it. There is a perfect cell signal here as well.
