The house was built by Cordoba Construction, a reputable company in Costa Rica for more than 30 years, and was designed by renowned Palm Beach architects Colestock and Muir.
It contains two climate-controlled garages, a full climate-controlled basement, three outdoor showers, five bedrooms, and five and a half bathrooms.
The compound has a 1,000-bottle wine storage, an indoor vegetable grow room, and a massive caterpillar diesel generator, making it completely self-sufficient all the way down to the basement. Rolling gate that is fully electric is used to access and exit the property. The house has split and central air conditioning systems, as well as split units in the basement and both garages.
The best drinking water is produced by the fully built Vero medical grade water system. In the basement, there is also a five-filter system with a 10,000-liter holding tank.

The basement bedrooms are entirely made of stained concrete, while the main living area's floors are all imported Italian marble. Dragon Wood, one of the rarest hardwoods, makes up the entire upstairs floor. There isn't any more Dragon Wood available; this particular piece was recovered from the Panama Canal's floor during expansion, and only one other house in the nation has it. The owners ordered more Dragon wood, had some furniture constructed to order, including a 12 person dining room table.
The staff at the home is VERY reliable. It has been meticulously maintained since it was completed, with a head of maintenance working five to six days a week to keep the estate looking perfect. An indoor housekeeper who spends five days a week organizing and cleaning everything on the inside. The original builder handles major maintenance, such as yearly staining of the wood flashing outside, as well as a list of other outdoor and indoor projects on a yearly maintenance schedule.
