The farm is located in Santa Cruz of Guanacaste, at only 20 minutes distance from Tamarindo, and around 30 minutes to Conchal, Brasilito and Grande beaches. 45 minutes to the International Airport of Liberia, 50 minutes to the city of Liberia.

95% flat topography ideal as cattle farm, agricultural purposes, green houses our touristic development.
