Richard Lacey is a serial entrepreneur and expert in luxury real estate, serving as the Owner and Broker of Coldwell Banker Tamarindo Realty, a top-producing office in Costa Rica founded by him in 2011. Originally from the United Kingdom, Richard chose to relocate to Costa Rica over 30 years ago, drawn by its stunning natural beauty and vibrant lifestyle. Since then, he has established himself as a leading figure in the Costa Rican real estate market, specializing in high-end beach residential properties and hotel sales. His brokerage consistently ranks among one of the highest-grossing Coldwell Banker offices in Costa Rica.

Scott Bowers helped us to purchase our house in Costa Rica. Scott was very responsive and specific, always answering the phone, or returning phone calls right away.
