Nick Ruhlow was born and raised in Playa Carrillo, a charming beach community next to Samara. After earning his degree in Business Management and Marketing, he built valuable experience in customer service and account management while working in Nike’s International Sales department in Costa Mesa, California.

Today, Nick once again calls Samara home. He has guided countless clients through buying and selling, developed properties of his own, and is co-owner of Coldwell Banker Samara. Passionate about supporting the growth and development of the community that raised him, Nick’s deep local roots, lifelong connections, and intimate knowledge of the area make him uniquely positioned to help you find the perfect property and feel right at home in Samara.
