Christina Essabba

Christina has lived in Costa Rica for 6 years. She originally traveled to the country 16 years ago, looking for a new adventure. Upon returning home to New York, she knew one day she'd move. Some years later, she packed up and took the plunge. Her business experience is in diverse industries. The common thread being outstanding client service, honest and strong work ethic and high tech marketing skills. Born and raised in New York, she graduated from the School of Visual Arts for photography. This eventually led to working for some of biggest names in the fashion and editorial industry, including SNL, and then became a photo editor for one of the largest agencies in NY. She felt it was time for a new challenge. She'd fulfill a long time goal; owning a business of her own and decided this would be the next adventure. She opened a retail business and became every face of the company from buyer, to accountant, marketing expert, sales associate and much more. After a 1 successful year, she opened her second boutique. During this time NY, she'd also study the real estate market, an interest she'd later cultivate in paradise. Fast forward a few years... Upon her arrival to CR, she kept her eye on the real estate market. Working in sales would marry the love for her home in this paradise with her skills in working closely with people, making connections and meeting client's needs. Christina uses diverse experience and skill to help people looking to start a new chapter of their own in this beautiful country. She understands your vision and will help make them a reality.

Scott Bowers helped us to purchase our house in Costa Rica. Scott was very responsive and specific, always answering the phone, or returning phone calls right away.
