Dan has consistently been one of the top performers in the Tamarindo office since he joined us in 2020, this was most recently demonstrated by successfully closing one of the largest residential deals the Tamarindo real estate market has seen mid way through last year. This along with his success in selling hotels, businesses, homes and condos has seen him consistently recognized by Coldwell Banker as one of the top performing agents in the country.
Dan came to Costa Rica in 2015 on the back end of a 9 month surfing sabbatical from his native England. After having spent over 10 years in sales there, including automotive sales, recruitment and B2B account management, his idea was to clear his mind, improve his surfing and return to England to continue his passion for sales. After 9 months of traveling South and Central America it was always going to be difficult to go back!
Since deciding to move to Costa Rica at the end of 2015 Dan has been involved in a number of local businesses including Hostel management, Restaurant management, Property management and the ownership and operation of a successful tour company in Tamarindo, all benefitting from his sales approach.
Julia is a dynamic and driven young woman who was born and raised in the Netherlands. She always had a strong interest in exploring new cultures and living in different parts of the world. That's why, after her first solo trip to Central America, she decided to take the leap and move to Costa Rica in 2017.
Since then Julia has gained extensive experience in all aspects of the sales sphere, which has benefitted her excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Her ability to connect with people from all walks of life has made her an asset in any setting, especially a melting pot of a town with people from all corners of the globe!
