Born in Nicaragua, Bryan moved to Samara as a young teenager and has lived here longer than he has in his home country. Working as a tour guide before running one of Samara’s most successful hotels, Bryan gained valuable knowledge of both the area and customer service - ideal skills for a real estate agent in Samara.

Bryan joined the Coldwell Banker Samara team in 2020 as a support agent taking photos, supporting the team in the office and providing concierge services. The influx of clients during the pandemic forced him to jump into sales where he has found success and quickly became a client favorite. Bilingual, and learning German, Bryan excels at finding sellers and matching them with buyers often times before properties come to market!
