Jen and Willy Williamson share a passion for real estate and built successful careers serving others for almost two decades. They are driven to help clients find the property of their dreams in Costa Rica and facilitate a smooth transition with their move to paradise.

Jen acquired her real estate license in 2006 and quickly became a top agent. She ranked in the top 1% of real estate agents in the competitive market of Hampton Roads Virginia. Jen is a skilled negotiator and has closed over 700 real estate transactions. As a retired Navy Pilot, Willy used his technical skills to become a real estate developer and Class “A” builder. Seeking a life of fun and adventure, they moved to Costa Rica and became full time residents with their twins Zac and Zoe. This dynamic team of real estate professionals have experience investing, renovating and selling hundreds of homes.

Having lived from Guanacaste down to the Osa Peninsula, this couple has a wealth of knowledge on what it takes to safely buy and sell real estate in Costa Rica. Scott Bowers helped us to purchase our house in Costa Rica. Scott was very responsive and specific, always answering the phone, or returning phone calls right away.
