Matt Rosensteele has lived and worked in Costa Rica since 2008, first coming to fulfill a two-year commitment as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer. After finishing his Peace Corps service, he returned to Costa Rica to direct an environmental non-profit organization called Restoring Our Watershed (ROW). Through his work with ROW, Matt established several Costa Rican organizations and for-profit enterprises that support a positive, broad vision of partnering sustainable economic activity with environmental protection.
He is President of the Board of Directors of the Nandamojo Watershed Protection Association and a member of the Costa Rica Global Association of Realtors.
Since 2012, Matt has helped dozens of clients purchase and sell real estate in Costa Rica. As a fully bilingual professional, his experience ranges from small eco-communities to luxury condominiums. His success in real estate is due to his uncompromising commitment to his clients’ best interests.
Following four years with Coldwell Banker Tamarindo Realty, from 2017-2021, Matt and his wife Ann Marie spent a year as independent brokers with their own business, Latitude 10 Realty.
In 2022, Matt returned to the Coldwell Banker family, this time as owner-broker and partners with Larry Graziano in founding a new brokerage, Coldwell Banker Pacific Realty.
