Jurgen Chinchilla is a Costa Rican Industrial Engineer with a postgraduate degree in Project Management. After working for several corporations and industries, he transitioned into the real estate sector in 2002. Since then, he has been deeply involved in the purchase, conceptualization, design, development, construction, and commercialization of residential and commercial projects, condominiums, and private homes—both in San José and Guanacaste.
Currently based in Playa Negra, Jurgen is married to a lawyer and is the proud father of two children, aged 18 and 16. Passionate about adventure and the outdoors, he enjoys surfing, trail running, and mountain biking. His deep connection to Guanacaste, combined with his extensive real estate expertise, allows him to provide clients with personalized guidance in finding their ideal property.
