Industry veteran Ivo Henfling is one of Costa Rica’s most experienced real estate professionals, with over 30 years of helping buyers, sellers, investors, retirees, and

Originally from the Netherlands and living in Costa Rica since 1980, Ivo combines extensive local knowledge with decades of brokerage experience. He founded GoDutch Realty in 1997 and co-founded the American European Real Estate Network in 1999, helping raise professional standards within the industry.
