Curridabat Costa Rica is a great value for money investment option when it comes to real estate. Although not as well known as Escazu and Santa Ana, increasing numbers of U.S and European families are opting to live in this area of the Central Valley. Positioned to the east of San Jose, there are many fantastic Costa Rica real estate deals in this area. Many real estate investment experts agree that Curridabat real estate is typically better value as it is positioned close to a wide range of amenities in an area that has a much lower cost of living in comparison to Escazu and Santa Ana. Consider making the move to the east side of the city. Curridabat, Costa Rica has a broad range of amenities available, with well stocked grocery stores, banks, malls, bakeries, restaurants and fast food favorites as well as great schools. Recently there has been a significant increase in real estate developments in this area, encouraging more people to consider living in San Jose. Some of the most notable attractions within close proximity to Curridabat, Costa Rica include the Cemaco Shopping Plaza, the 100-store Multiplaza del Este mall, the 125-store TerraMall, the San Pedro Mall, the San Pedro Outlet Mall and the Plaza del Sol shopping center. When it comes to investing in Curridabat Costa Rica you’ll find that there are many great options to choose from with some lovely gated communities including Altamonte, Bosques de Altamonte, El Gregal and Monteran. Curridabat, Costa Rica is home to some excellent neighborhoods. You will find San Jose real estate here to be generally less expensive than in many of the areas on the West side of San José. But you will find just as many services and amenities. One of the most notable features of Curridabat, Costa Rica is that it has managed to retain much of its traditional Tico culture. Furthermore, the climate is excellent, you’ll find it’s not as hot and dry as the West side.
