The deck has 2 lounge chairs, and a custom 2 seater table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful morning sun, lazy afternoons or quiet evenings reading or taking in the ocean and jungle sounds. The other 4 rooms have queen sized custom beds. All bedrooms have custom sliding doors that open to the pool or second floor deck with custom furniture; and every bathroom has exquisite custom-designed and built cabinetry, lighting and tiles.

The house has a monitored, state of the art security system including external cameras. The property is bounded by a beautiful, hand-built stone fence with an automated gate for further privacy. Other amenities include a laundry bodega with washer, dryer and sink; outdoor shower and a beautiful driveway built across the creek that will park several cars.

The location is ideal because it is a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the Bodhi Tree Resort. It's also a 10 minute walk to the restaurants, bars and shops of Guiones.
