Luxurious new modern villas with a swimming pool and ping pong house, just minutes from the beach in Pilon de Pavones, Costa Rica.

On this property there are two large villas, a Ping Pong house and a pool, all of them have amazing views to the ocean and surrounding jungle.

As you walk through the private garden to the larger villa, which boasts 330 square meters of living space, you will see fruit trees like coconut, orange and mango trees. “Villa Pacifico” treats you to the true natural beauty of the lush jungle. This luxurious villa was built in 2022. It has 2 bedrooms with their own private ensuite bathrooms and 2 other bedrooms and full bathrooms as well. The living area is open to the fully-equipped kitchen allowing you to entertain friends and family easily and comfortably.
On hotter summer days, cool off with 3 Mini-Split A/C units. Two of the A/C units are in the master bedrooms and 1 is in the open living room. All of the woods used in the house are of high quality, like Teak and Cedar, and match the new furniture built locally. Both villas have tall 3.5 meter high ceilings with exposed beams. The floors are polished concrete throughout. There is currently high speed WIFI on the property allowing you to connect with the outside world, if you wish to. This larger villa also has 2 spacious balconies and a large terrace that overlooks the jungle canopy and pool area where you can watch the exotic wildlife, like 3 different types of monkeys, scarlet macaws, coatis and many more jungle creatures. There is a wild jungle stream at the back of the property where the exotic animals come to drink.

Walk down the path to the smaller villa, “Villa Verde”, and you will be pleasantly immersed in the surrounding jungle in this 150 square meter house. Here you will find 2 bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathrooms and another full bathroom with laundry off of the living room. Each of the bedrooms has its own A/C unit and balcony. The large living area has its own terrace to enjoy your morning coffee while the birds sing. This house was built in 2023 and uses Teak and Cedar woodwork, just like the larger Villa, for all of the doors, closets, tables and the kitchen.

On the other side of Villa Pacifico is another small house, fittingly called the Ping Pong House. It’s perfect for meditation, yoga or a cool hang out spot with a game of Ping Pong on the table inside. The current owners are renting the larger villa on AirBnB.

The location is ideal as the property is only about 800 meters from the beach and one of the best surf spots in Costa Rica. Yes, the famous Pavones Point is only about 15 minutes away, but even closer at just a couple of minutes down the dirt road is Pilon Main Point, Pavones Point’s lesser known rival. Here you will be able to surf a wave very similar to Pavones Point, but there are also two additional points for those wanting a bit smaller and slower surf. Just a few hundred meters apart are Middles Point and Leftovers Point also known as “Beginners Bay”. The waves at Middles and Leftovers are ideal for longboarders or HydroFoil surfers, but they can still be a lot of fun for short boarders on bigger days. There are also three very good restaurants and two grocery stores just at the bottom of the hill, so you will have a place to eat if you don’t feel like cooking…

There is now a lot of paved road coming into Pavones, so your ride into town will be a lot more pleasurable. There are already future plans for the entire road into town to be paved.
