ACCOMMODATIONS
Constructed to highlight the abundance of flor, fauna and sunshine that the region of Guanacaste is famous for, the cohesive design of the house lets in natural light and sights of the landscape at every corner, yet preserves privacy in each room. The floor to ceiling windows have 95% spf protection and the privacy barrier allows you to see out, and not in. Fabulously furnished, the luxury villa provides all the comforts and conveniences you could need, and even ones you didn’t know you needed. Outside, between 2 saltwater pools and an expansive terrace, there is plenty of space for relaxing, exercising and swimming.

Fine Dining
The kitchen is a dream: beautiful black quartz countertop as the centerpiece and the state of the art appliances. And if you’re not keen on cooking, inquire about the complimentary chef services included. The bar of the kitchen island seamlessly flows into the communal wooden table dining area and living room.

Beat The Heat
The open plan of the kitchen to living room allows for both spaciousness and togetherness. The centrally cooled area also has a sectional sofa and a large mounted TV, the perfect space to beat the heat and play games or watch TV.

Master Bedroom
The Master Bedroom is bountiful with natural light and space, and features an expansive deck overlooking the garden and beyond that, the Guanacaste countryside. The room has its own office, a large en suite bathroom with both a luxurious bathtub and shower, central A/C, closet space and a touch key lock.

King Room
The only room with a separate outdoor entrance, the King Room is also unique thanks to a gorgeous wooden backdrop set against a jungle garden. The room has a plush king bed, en suite bathroom, TV, A/C, a desk and plenty of closet space.

Queen Room
Enjoy a beautiful, spacious and completely covered outdoor bathroom and shower when you stay in the Queen Room. The room has a jungle garden view, plush queen bed, TV, A/C, a desk, plenty of closet space, and a touch key lock.

Bunk Room
Perfect for kids or friends, the Bunk Room has 2 bunk beds, with a total of 4 twin beds. The room has a jungle garden view, TV, A/C, a desk and plenty of drawer and closet space and a touch key lock.

Cabaña Life
The property encourages you to take advantage of being in Costa Rica with several outdoor living spaces to choose from. As you walk into the front of the property, there is a beautiful floating daybed alongside a relaxing, shallow saltwater pool (great for the young ones!). The backyard of the property features a multileveled 17meter lap pool, a master grill area, a larger cabana bed area, and a beautifully landscaped garden. The installed mistaway services keeps the critters at bay, so you can enjoy this space to the fullest.

Yoga Deck
The brand new yoga deck is like nothing you’ve seen before: supported by an incredible sculpture, the space is simultaneously inspiring and grounding. Plus, with the most peaceful view of the Costa Rican countryside.
