The Golfo Dulce is a marine sanctuary that is protected from commercial fishing, and nearly the entire rim of the Golfo Dulce has been declared protected reserve area. The bay is home to several species of Dolphins, turtles, manta rays, sharks, and the whales from northern and southern hemisphere take advantage of the calm waters in the bay to have their offspring and raise the calves until they are ready to make the journey north or south and will return the following year to do the same. Amazing marine wonderland as the playground to this unique property offering!

Aside from some of the best sport fishing inside and outside of the bay, there are several world class surf breaks on both sides of the outer banks of the bay.
