At 900 feet above sea level and with regular breezes coming up from the valley, you won’t need airconditioning, allowing you to enjoy free-flowing air throughout the house all day and night.

The house is fully furnished, suitcase-ready. Bring your clothes, a few good books, a pair of binoculars and some groceries and you will be ready to move in.

The house is nice, but the treasure is the outside grounds. Mature fruit trees dot the yard, as well as flowers, orchids, and more. One bush produces berries that you can hold in your mouth and they will turn sour things like lemon juice into sweet things like lemonade. They are magical.

The property extends down in front into the jungle, making it possible for you to create a walking path for bird watching or forest bathing. Around the house, there is room for you to add or expand as you wish, whether with a cozy guest house or an additional bathroom.
