The Casa Las Brisas beach house is located in the Arena Alta area of Playa Zancudo, the perfect spot for surfing, boogie boarding or just relaxing and enjoying the ocean. The beach house has a very spacious open concept and was built to capture and enjoy the breezes and the magnificent ocean view.

The House
The house is offered fully furnished and comes with all appliances, utilities, linen, towels, tools; basically everything one needs making it a turnkey opportunity.

The upstairs is the main living quarters featuring the living room, a large kitchen, air-conditioned office, master bedroom with a king-size bed, a spacious bathroom with large shower and plenty of closets. A new driveway was constructed as part of the design for the tropical garden

Tropical Garden
The tropical garden has adult trees and plants such as Banana, Mango, Cashew nuts, Icace berries, Papaya, Noni fruit, Nance fruit, Monkey apples. In addition many young trees. Grapefruit, Valencia oranges, Pineapple, Mangosteen, Coffee, Tangerine, Avocado, Cacao, Nuts, Lemons, Ice cream fruits, Star fruit, Acerola berries, Soursop, Manone fruit, Bananas, Plantain, Ylang Ylang, Ginger, Turmeric, Mimosa, Aloe Vera, Juan lama Thea, Moringa tree of life where planted in huge amount of fertile black soil. The garden also has a wide variety of ornamental plants and flowers and is been kept in a healthy and fast-growing condition year round.

Although current owners now live here full time and thus keeping the property in well-maintained condition, Casa Las Brisas has also a very good record as a rental/vacation home.
