THERE ISN'T A BETTER OCEAN VIEW CONDO IN TAMARINDO.

I am Larry Graziano and I have been here over 20 years. I was here when I could take selfies on Tamarindo beach with a film camara, LOL. I watched all the condo tower buildings being built. I have been in all of the penthouses from pre-construction to finished units. I can tell you, with no exaggeration, that this NE corner unit in Tamarindo of the La Perla building has the best view of them all. Why? This unit sees the ocean from the Langosta estuary through all of Tamarindo Bay, Captains Island, the sands in front of Capitan Suizo hotel, Ventanas beach, all of Playa Grande beach and the curves of the estuary through the mangroves along with the hillside of Tamarindo. La perla building has a height advantage over the other condos. The view is unobstructed and will be in perpetuity.

The condo is well appointed and will come turn-key and rental ready with furnishings, sheets, towels, kitchenware, etc. There are personal items that will be removed like art pieces. you will only have to personalize it to your taste.

The unit has under building parking and a storage unit there. It has a spacious elevator. There is a wonderful community pool with gym that has ocean view as well. Inside, the unit has all of the normal amenities that you are accostomed to...microwave, refri, oven, washer/dryer and a brand new four zone central air unit that was installed directly by the manufacturer in December (LG).

It has been 7 years since the last penthouse unit was sold in this building. They just don't to market.
