Casa Blanca Luxury Home with Magnificent Ocean Views

Are you looking for a private oasis? This beautiful, 2-story 7,000 square foot home is located in the
hillside community of Marina Vista. It’s one of the last properties with the top of the hill concept. This
luxury home is overlooking the tranquil waters of Dominicalito Bay. You’re just minutes away from
family-friendly activities like surfing, boating, and more. It includes many amenities, such as a lush
rainforest, stunning ocean views, a Bali-inspired infinity pool, and a spa-inspired master bathroom. It’s

Casa Blanca infuses Modern contemporary style with Bali-inspired influences throughout the entire
house. This begins with imported wooden doors that are etched with palm trees in a printed glass. You’ll
find 12 handmade Balinese stone carvings, woven tapestries, and artwork on all the walls. The largest
one measures 2 x4 M. There are numerous small and large imported flowerpots throughout the villa.
Economic spilt-system LG air conditioning and ceiling fans help to cool the house. There are large glass
panels in each room so you can see colorful sunsets and ocean views from each room. Each of the
windows and sliding doors is frameless to enhance the stunning views.

Casa Blanca features high vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. The gourmet kitchen features
professional-grade appliances, white cabinetry, and grey granite countertops. It features Milton
designer kitchen cabinets, which were custom made in Italy. It also includes a kitchen with a deep sink
and four chairs, making it easy to prep food or entertain. The kitchen flows directly into the living room,
which includes a large tapestry rug on the floor. It also includes white Balinese statues and local plants
for the décor. The plush white sofa and glass coffee table add to the modern and comfortable design.
The furniture was also imported from Italy. Sliding glass doors through the kitchen leads to the outdoor
entertaining area.

The upstairs level features the three Master suites, an upstairs sitting area, and an upstairs patio. The wooden staircase is beautiful and the glass paneling and metal fixtures around it adds a modern touch.
Each of the master bedrooms features a king-size bed, a handcrafted wooden bed frame and
headboard, and Balinese area rugs. Each of the bedrooms also has a private entrance to the upstairs
patio. Each of the ensuite bathrooms provides a spa-inspired feel. They are all covered with natural
stones and feature a hand-carved natural stone vanity. The main master bathroom features a rain
shower and a skylight so you can view the stars while you shower. After that, you can relax in your own
personal steam room while gazing at the nightly sunsets. One of the other bathrooms also has a rain
shower, while the third one includes a handheld shower among an inside garden of plants, pavers, and
stones. You’ll feel like you’re in a Balinese spa.

The sitting area includes Balinese décor, including a colorful painting of a Balinese lady and an entry
table with local stoneware and plants. It also features casual seating and a table. It leads out to the
upstairs patio, where you relax and BBQ.

The outdoor entertaining area is one of our favorite parts of this house. Under the covered patio, there
is a wooden dining table with seating for six, along with a BBQ area. There are even ceiling fans out
there to help you stay comfortably cool. On the other side, there is the aqua-blue infinity pool, perfect for taking a dip in or sunbathing in the nearby loungers. An outdoor shower is only a few feet away.
You’ll also find a palapa with a table and chairs if you want to relax in the shade.

Marina Vista is an established gated community. There are cement pavers for a parking lot out front.
The front of the house has been professionally landscaped with pavers, colorful flowers, and greenery.
The caretakers live in a small house near the pool.

This property is located only minutes from the family-friendly and child-safe Playa Dominicalto. It’s a
large beach with a huge bay, and it’s popular with beginning surfers and local fishermen. You might also
see boogie boarding at this beach. Dominical is also home to many waterfalls, including the double-
cascading Nauyaca Waterfalls or the Eco Chontales, among others.
