Designed and built to showcase the beauty of southern Costa Rica, this home has as much to offer on the outside as inside. Wide decks are cooled with fresh breezes and have big, deep views of forested mountains and the Pacific Ocean. Whether you are in a lounge chair on the deck with a cold drink or in the pool visiting with a few special guests, you will have a bird’s eye view of the natural world with no neighbors in site. Just finished in early 2017, you will appreciate the design and attention to details that we appreciate in today’s world, including an open living concept that includes a fully equipped kitchen with a large island, indoor/outdoor dining areas and living room. The plan was to make the transition from inside to outside seamlessly so you can fully enjoy both. With complete privacy, you can live however you feel comfortable, but still have lots of room for entertaining groups when you are ready.

The three bedrooms allow room for you and your visitors to spread out. The master suite provides personal space and sanctuary with your own views, full closet and the kind of spacious bathroom that conveys the feeling of being at a private resort with classy finishing touches and fixtures.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances. A wide island is the perfect spot to prepare and serve anything from a cup of fresh coffee in the morning to a full on Thanksgiving potluck dinner for a crowd of guests. The whole house is flooded with natural light from windows that frame wildlife, greenery, and changing skies.

There is a good parking area for a number of visitors at a time, which is not as common as you might think on ridge top properties.

THE LOCATION & ACCESS

Located in the beautiful mountains of Uvita. The access is reliably easy although you will prefer the extra security of 4-wheel drive. Many sections of the road up have been paved, and the rest are well maintained.
