Casa Sal y Mar, completed in late 2023, was imagined by a San Francisco-based hair stylist and professional chef who’ve spent their entire careers in customer service (AKA making people happy!). Let Casa Sal y Mar make you happy with its beautiful rooms filled with character, light and air, thoughtfully designed in collaboration with Lucca Spendlingwimmer, local award-winning architect. Casa Sal y Mar is a place where guests of all ages will feel at home and have fun!

Located in the desired K section, the house is an easy 5-minute walk to the beach (one of the most beautiful you’ll ever set foot on), close to world-class yoga facilities, surf schools, restaurants, and cafés. Sunset is not to be missed!

The property consists of two separate living structures.

Main House

• 3 bedrooms, all ensuite with king-sized beds.
• 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor.

• High Season: $6,020 a week // $860 a night + taxes
• Low Season: $4,475 a week // $639 a night + taxes
• Green Season: $3,900 a week // $557 a night + taxes
• Easter/Thanksgiving: $7,300 a week // $1,042 a night + taxes
• Holidays: $12,800 a week // $1,828 a night + taxes
