Cross the footbridge to the other side of the river and start the climb to the upper ridge of the property. This dirt road is itself like a land bridge bisecting the rolling hills that make up the more than 50 acres of untouched, fertile land. On either side the land slopes gently down then back up again and offers many different potential building sites. In the distance the mountains rise to create a beguiling, ever changing view. And once you are ¾ of the way up you can turn back to see the vast ocean in the distance. A view that only grows in its majesty the higher you climb.

There’s plenty of space for free-range animals, several homes, crops, and/or a nature-based attraction. The earth is fertile, very suitable for local produce and fruit trees.
