Become Nosara - Luxury at the beach

Become is more than a construction project. Become is a lifestyle concept envisioned after realizing that we are a people continuously plugged into our devices and unplugged from each other and our communities. Become is a goal…A goal to strive for. Become a person living with balance, Become a person within a community, Become a community living and evolving in the present. Nosara already embodies this goal and so it was only natural for the creators of this concept to bring the Become vision to this community.

Become Nosara is a collaboration in design bringing living space via condominium units to a development that will also provide commercial space for stores and restaurants, and a professional workspace all of which combine to provide both residents and visitors a location to rest, be present, as well as create. Offering 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom units with 90+ sq. mtrs (950+ sqft) of living space. Each unit has outdoor space, in-unit laundry, assigned parking as well as access to all of the Become amenities including shared outdoor space for relaxing, yoga or other personal improvement practice, a pool area, and a BBQ. There is onsite maintenance and management available as well as the aforementioned professional workspace area and convenient access to the commercial space in front of the condominium project.

The developers and designers who, as natives of Costa Rica, fell in love with this area as children and have current family ties to this amazing community, were sensitive to the area's ecological impact. With this in mind, they set a goal of minimizing the need for removing any trees and/ or improving the site as they originally found it. There is a wastewater treatment facility and water runoff mitigation. There is dedicated green area and additional flora is being brought in to improve the site and replant the areas that for so long were eroding due to not having foliage present.
