Casa Paseo Pacifico - Your Little Slice of Paradise!

Casa Paseo Pacifico is a Brand New Home Located in the Hills of Platanillo, Costa Rica, just off the road from Dominical to San Isidro Costa Rica. Casa Paseo Pacifico has a great location, located only 15 minutes from the famous beaches of Dominical, and only 30 minutes from the larger town of San Isidro, Perez Zeledon. This is a brand new two story very well built home, built out of reinforced concrete, and has a large 10 foot wide by 30 foot long infinity edge pool.

The home is located in a private gated community known as Colinas Pacifico, with a total of 20 other home owners, and there are great walking trails throughout the development. Each of the bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.

The master bedroom is quite ample and does have airconditioning, a large walk though closet, that opens to the master bathroom. The master bathroom has a large shower and there is also a great separate bathroom tub as well. There are two dual vessel bowl sinks in the master bathroom as well as one in the guest bathroom.

The best views from the house are from the second level of the house and there is complet outside terrace that runs the length of the second level in front of the two guest bedrooms as well as in front of the master bedroom. This is a great place to watch anything during the day, to the sunsets, to the stars that appear at night.
