Las Mareas is the perfect location for your Nosara dream vacation. Located in the heart of Nosara and steps to markets, shops, amazing bars/restaurants and the pristine Playa Guiones beach, this 4-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom villa is everything you could ask for in a beach home.

Fully air-conditioned and spotlessly clean, this house features a beautiful and extensive outdoor living area – including a luxurious private pool – that will leave you and your guests spending more time outside than in!

The space
The covered yoga space and dining area is the ideal location for relaxing with family and friends and the clean, spacious bedrooms offer guests a luxurious place to unwind and get some rest.

The home is fully gated, with heavy duty safe and alarm system. The wifi is also the best in Costa Rica at 200 mbps.
Guests wishing to stay for a week or more will receive complimentary housekeeping and laundry service once per week. If you would like access to our washer/dryer please let us know ahead of time. A concierge service is also available upon request – and we would be happy to arrange travel/transportation, spa services, sports/activities, day trips, chef services and more!

While a golf cart or car can be rented in town, there truly is no need for a vehicle while staying at Las Mareas as EVERYTHING is just steps away.

We are a family from Toronto and we purchased this property in March 2018 after falling in love with Nosara. In January 2021 we completed a full renovation from top to bottom. It truly is an untouched, perfect yoga and beach town filled with amazing energy, people and culture.

The entire private and gated property is yours to enjoy.
Las Mareas is centrally located in the heart of Nosara and offers access to some of the most beautiful wildlife and natural vistas in the world. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities including bird watching, animal refuge tours, diving, yoga, kayaking, fishing, surfing, hiking, whale watching and horseback riding to name a few.

Local services include medical doctors, ATM/banking, grocery shopping, babysitting, laundromat and massage therapists.
