Perfectly located between beautiful Guiones Beach and the luxury amenities found at Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort, this recently renovated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is the ideal place for your vacation. It's only a 6 minute walk to the beach where you can surf, swim and enjoy vibrant sunsets. The apartment has dedicated 100Mbps wifi for those that would like to work remotely, air-conditioning in bedrooms, a private garden, shared off-road parking, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The space
Both bedrooms (one king, two twins) are en-suite with high ceilings, large wardrobes and air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The open-planned living area is simply, but stylishly decorated with a fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and dinning table so you'll have everything you need to cook, eat, and relax at home. The entrance to the apartment is through a private garden designed so you can relax outdoors. Read a book in the hammock or lounge on the daybed surrounded by exotic plants and fruiting trees. There are plenty of flowers and banana plants that encourage exotic birds and wildlife to visit. There is a home security system installed and a safe.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire apartment, private garden, dedicated 100Mbps wifi, and off-road (shared) parking.

Other things to note
There are steps from the parking space to the garden and from the garden to the entrance of the house (there are no hand rails). There is also no railing on the terrace (not suitable for young children). Currently, there is no air-conditioning in the living area, but there are 4 ceiling fans.
