The second bedroom contains double over double bunk beds. The pool and gated parking area is shared with Kembar II, an identical twin house next door. These two houses can be rented separately or together.

-Low Season: $1,500 week // $214 night
-Easter/Thanksgiving: $2,500 week // $357 night
-Holidays: $3,500 week // $500 night
