The hospitality industry has been burgeoning in Costa Rica for some time. A small country, located between Nicaragua and Panama on the Central American isthmus (and also between the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea), it is one of the most stable and wealthiest countries in the region. The government has invested in the infrastructure necessary for tourism in many areas throughout the country. Because of this, rentals in Playa Panama Costa Rica are one of the safest investments in this country. The affluent come here to go sport fishing and scuba diving, and even to surf. Their families who might not be interested in sport fishing or surfing can go into the interior to watch their exotic animal and bird life.
The northwestern area of Costa Rica belongs to the province of Guanacaste. Its capital is Liberia, which has an international airport into which most people fly. (It is of course possible to drive up here from the international airport located in San José – the country’s capital, but that can be a very long and adventurous drive. Much better to fly.) Tourists will embrace Playa Panama rentals, whether it consists of a condo or a villa to rent, because if they are travelling in large family or friend groups, such places feel more like home than a hotel room – even a luxurious suite in a resort. Tourism and commercial fishing are the two main industries here, and the locals are friendly and welcoming.
