Playa Panama Costa Rica Homes for Sale

Resort towns have plenty of real estate for sale, and while they are not as inexpensive as they once were, they are in high demand because of the beauty of the area. Playa Panama has recently become a tourist location of choice. It is located in the northwest corner of Costa Rica, in the Gulf of Papagayo (gulf of the parrot), on the coast of Guanacaste province. There are plenty of popular beaches here – and of course resort towns have grown up along the beaches. Homes for sale in Playa Panama Costa Rica can be found, despite the fact that this area is so popular, not only with tourists but also with people who want to live in this fantastic and beautiful area of the country.

Homes for Sale in Playa Panama Costa Rica

People don’t come here to go to museums or admire colonial architecture – and there’s not a lot of that to be found here!. People come to the Gulf of Papagayo to surf, to swim, to scuba dive, to go sailing, and to go sport fishing. There are also quite a few national parks to visit, of course. Guanacaste National Park to the north, Rincon de la Vieja Nation Park to the northeast, and Palo Verde National Park to the southeast. All these parks offer fantastic views of wildlife and bird watching. Playa Panama homes can be found with views of the gulf, or views of the forests if one wants to look toward the interior. This is a resort town so there is a lot of nightlife, although Playa Hermosa is more popular in that regard. Playa Panama is more family oriented.
